β™¦βˆ™βˆ˜β˜½ TERMS OF SERVICE β˜Ύβˆ˜βˆ™β™¦By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of the commission.GENERAL∘ Prices are subject to change as my skills and services develop.
∘ Commission prices are non-negotiable. Adoption prices may be negotiable.
∘ I reserve the right to reject, pause, or terminate any commission at my sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to discomfort, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these Terms. The reason does not need to be specified.PAYMENT∘ All prices are accepted in £ or $ currency.
∘ Payment must be made via PayPal invoice.
∘ Payment is required to secure a place in the commission queue. Partial payments are accepted; however, the first payment must be equivalent to the full-price initial requirement.
∘ Once I have started work on the commission, the client forfeits the right to any refund.
∘ Dissatisfaction with the final product does not entitle the client to a refund, as work-in-progress updates are provided and changes may be requested during the process.
∘ If I do not own the model or asset requested, an additional 70% of the asset’s price will be charged.PROCESS & DELIVERY∘ Providing a reference sheet is strongly recommended.
∘ I will not recreate or copy designs that the client does not legally own.
∘ The completion time ranges from 1 week to 6 months, depending on workload, complexity, and health.
∘ I will notify the client of any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.
∘ The client will receive texture files, requested masks, and basic material setup only - more complicated settup can be done under a fee.
∘ Source files (SPP files, model files) are not included.
∘ Additional changes requested after delivery may incur extra charges unless the error was solely my responsibility.CLIENT CONDUCT & BOUNDARIES∘ Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.
∘ Harassment, intimidation, manipulation, guilt-tripping, aggressive language, repeated pressure after boundaries are stated, or attempts to coerce real-time interaction are strictly prohibited.
∘ Involving third parties to pressure, investigate, interfere, or mediate matters related to the artist or the commission without explicit consent is prohibited.
∘ Any behaviour that causes emotional distress, fear, or discomfort to the artist will be considered a breach of conduct.
∘ Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of the commission without refund, regardless of the commission’s progress or completion stage.TERMINATION OF SERVICE∘ I reserve the right to terminate a commission at any time if the client violates these Terms of Service or engages in inappropriate or harmful behavior.
∘ In cases of termination due to client misconduct or boundary violations, no refunds will be issued.
∘ I am not required to provide detailed explanations beyond stating that the Terms of Service have been violated.COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, Nemu (the artist), retain full rights to the produced textures.I reserve the right to:
∘ Display, promote, and publish the commissioned work on any platform.The client is permitted to:
∘ Use the commissioned texture for personal use.
∘ Use the texture for self-promotion. Credit is appreciated but not required.
∘ Use the texture in monetized content.The following constitutes copyright infringement:
∘ Redistribution of the textures to third parties.
∘ Claiming authorship of the texture.I do not claim ownership of the commissioned character or design.FINAL NOTEBy commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service in full.
Failure to respect these terms may result in termination of service and loss of access to future commissions.Update: 21/12/2025
